- Hot dipped galvanized C Profiles are widely used in the structural steel structures of the wall beams, suitable for the combination of the ground park and the support part of the solar park.
- We can do average 70μm~120μm (standard EN1461) for hot dipped galvanizing. The higher zinc layer can make sure the steel products has strong anti-rust ability. It can be used for 30~ 50 years.
- The raw materials use POSMAC, Nippon Steel, domestic materials normally use Rizhao Steel, HBIS, JISCO Steel and SHOUGANG Group, the original material brands are selected according to the requirements of different countries and customers. Common material selection standard is SS355JR.
The above picture show the normal size and the tolerance we can do. But if you have any special requirements, we can do as customer’s request. We have our own QC team to do the solar panel roof mounting brackets inspection according to our customer’s requirements. What’s more, if you need, we can also offer the design service of the whole solar structure for you.
