- We can do average 70μm~120μm (standard EN1461) for hot dipped galvanizing. The higher zinc layer can make sure the steel products has strong anti-rust ability. It can be used for 30~ 50 years.
- The raw materials use POSMAC, Nippon Steel, domestic materials normally use Rizhao Steel, HBIS, JISCO Steel and SHOUGANG Group, the original material brands are selected according to the requirements of different countries and customers. Common material selection standard is SS355JR.

C-purlin Processing Flow:
All c section purlin brackets are automatically machined by a profile forming machine, and the C profile steel forming process can be automatically completed according to the given size.
1~2.5mm thickness for pre-galvanizing & ZM310 materials
Feeding — Flattening — Forming — Sizing — Adjusting — Measurement — Punching — Cutting off — Pre-galvanizing C profile
3~5mm thickness for HDG materials
